  • Enrollment is subject to availability and partial / full payment of program fees.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • APCA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program, subject, or course under exceptional circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered an alternative or full refund.
