Madami! Naka gain ako ng new friends na kahit iba iba kami ng profession, naging family kami na nagkakasundo sa LUNCH. 😂😂
Kidding aside, ma mimiss ko itong batch namin, hindi sya perfect pero may team work.
Ma mimiss ko ang mga Chefs and Faculty members. Dahil bukod sa kasama namin sila lagi sa aming buffet lunch 😅, naging friend na din namin sila. Sobra sa pag assist and understanding ❤️.
Gustuhin ko man mag full time, hindi na kakayanin ng powers 💪🏻.
Pero dahil nga kahit Part time sobrang matututo kana, at madami din silang mga Special Classes para sa mga busy tulad ko, because #learningneverstops . ❤️

The best decision I made this year was enrolling myself in one of the finest pastry schools in the Philippines—APCA! 💕 I have never regretted taking part-time classes here. At APCA, you can learn and practice pastry arts skills at an international level.

I was also delighted to have met many aspiring pastry chefs who are very dedicated to this field. I learned different stories from these kind-hearted individuals.

9 months ago, I made the decision to enroll in Pastry school..and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Specifically, enrolling in APCA Philippines.

I’m so grateful to be part of this institution that caters the best Pastry arts program in the Philippines, with chefs that go above and beyond to give us only the best in their craft.
Not only have I gained immense knowledge but I’ve also gained friends and classmates that could last a lifetime 💝

What an amazing experience! Mind blowing and humbling at the same time. I attended the part time classes and it was more than I expected. I learned so much, also built a good relationship with my classmates and our chefs.

Before enrolling at APCA, I was only learning baking through videos from the internet but the things that were taught in school are those that I will not learn online. The caliber of education we were able to get and the output that you see from our presentations are really worth studying. APCA will give you the most value for money specially with the quality that you get. The 12 weekends we spend at APCA were one of the best weekends I have aside from the education its really the community and friendship you form with your classmates is what you will carry through out your Pastry Journey. If you're looking for a great pastry school, i would highly recommend APCA Philippines. The classes are fully hands-on, the chefs are one of the best i know in the industry and staffs at school are very accommodating and approachable to the students. One of a kind, it was such an amazing experience. It’s a School wherein you’ll meet and learn from people who shares the same dreams and passion.

As a 12 weekend Part-time student, it’s impossible not to make another decision to comeback and learn some more.

For Chef Angelica Hong, Chef Bea Codina, Chef Verge Iral and Chef Anthony. You’ve touched so many lives that‘s for sure and anyone who’ll get a chance to be in the same room as these mentors are way too lucky.
